Yes — the Inventory Module includes expiration tracking for any item with an expiration date. This includes ballistic vests, CPR certifications, firearm qualifications, medical training records, and more. Departments can set custom alert intervals (30, 60, 90 days, etc.) and add unlimited email recipients so the right people are always notified in advance.
Every uniform item receives a unique barcode label applied at production. That barcode is scanned at each stage — when the item is received, packed, shipped, issued to an officer, and when it's returned. This creates a complete audit trail for every garment, giving quartermasters the data to track durability, issue history, and total service life for any item in the system.
